This delicious apple cinnamon loaf is perfect for breakfast or as a dessert!
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups diced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs with milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in diced apples into the wet mixture.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, stirring until just combined—do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before glazing.
