- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden.
- Add chicken bouillon, beef bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Gradually whisk in the water until the mixture is smooth.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gravy thickens.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed before serving.
