Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 cup chicken stock (low sodium)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

- Whisk in the heavy cream and salt and pepper and add more to taste if needed.
- Add the chicken back in and simmer on low for 3-5 minutes.
