- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in bell pepper, diced tomatoes, corn, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
