Delicious and healthy chocolate chip muffins made with mashed banana, oats, and peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Mashed Banana
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a muffin pan with muffin liners and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine mashed banana, peanut butter, applesauce, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Stir in old fashioned rolled oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Add in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly between muffin cups. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top of batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted peanut butter before serving.
Notes
- For a more indulgent treat, consider increasing the amount of chocolate chips.
- These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
