Description

This delicious peppermint mocha parfait is perfect for the holidays, combining layers of rich chocolate pudding, cookies, and whipped topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups cold milk
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix with the cold milk until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Stir in the instant espresso powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Add the peppermint extract and mix gently until the flavor is evenly distributed.
  4. Set out the whipped topping, crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies.
  5. Spoon a layer of crushed cookies into the bottom of 6 serving glasses or jars.
  6. Add a layer of peppermint mocha pudding over the cookies.
  7. Spoon a layer of whipped topping over the pudding.
  8. Repeat the layers until the glasses are full, ending with whipped topping on top.
  9. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
  10. Drizzle lightly with chocolate syrup.
  11. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
