Description
Deliciously soft strawberry bars filled with white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients

- ½ cup unsalted butter, very soft
- 1 (15 oz) box strawberry cake mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. - Mix the Dough
Beat butter until smooth.
Add cake mix and egg.
Mix until a thick, tacky dough forms. - Create the Base Layer
Press half to two-thirds of dough into the pan evenly. - Add the Gooey Filling
Sprinkle white chocolate chips over dough.
Drizzle condensed milk evenly on top. - Finish and Bake
Add remaining dough in small pieces over top.
Bake 27–30 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggly. - Cool and Slice
Cool at least 2–3 hours before cutting.
Notes
- Make sure to cool the bars completely before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
