Description

Deliciously soft strawberry bars filled with white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, very soft
  • 1 (15 oz) box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan
    Preheat oven to 350°F.
    Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix the Dough
    Beat butter until smooth.
    Add cake mix and egg.
    Mix until a thick, tacky dough forms.
  3. Create the Base Layer
    Press half to two-thirds of dough into the pan evenly.
  4. Add the Gooey Filling
    Sprinkle white chocolate chips over dough.
    Drizzle condensed milk evenly on top.
  5. Finish and Bake
    Add remaining dough in small pieces over top.
    Bake 27–30 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool and Slice
    Cool at least 2–3 hours before cutting.

Notes
