- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides of the steaks with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until tender and slightly charred.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top; close grill lid or return to oven for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
