Description

A creamy and delicious dip made with roasted red peppers and feta cheese, perfect for serving with vegetables and crackers.


Ingredients

  • 2 roasted red peppers (homemade or store bought)
  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • assorted vegetables, crackers or bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Add the peppers and the feta to a food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately with vegetables and crackers, or refrigerate until ready to serve. The dip will firm up a bit as it chills.
