- 8 oz feta cheese
- assorted vegetables, crackers or bread (for serving)
Instructions
- Add the peppers and the feta to a food processor. Process until smooth.
- Serve immediately with vegetables and crackers, or refrigerate until ready to serve. The dip will firm up a bit as it chills.
