Description

Deliciously crispy fries made from russet potatoes, drizzled with truffle oil and topped with Parmesan and parsley.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon truffle oil
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes well, then cut them into even fry-shaped strips.
  2. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain the potatoes and dry them very well with paper towels or a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Spread the fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 425°F for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  7. Transfer the hot fries to a serving bowl and drizzle with truffle oil.
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  9. Toss gently and serve immediately while hot and crisp.
