Description
A delicious twist on classic Rice Krispies treats with Oreo cookies and peanut butter.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 5 cups rice krispies cereal
- 12 Oreo cookies (chopped)
Instructions
- Line 9×13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, add butter, peanut butter, and salt. Stir until melted.
- Add marshmallows and stir until mostly melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Rice Krispies cereal and chopped Oreos and stir until evenly coated.
- Using a spatula or clean hands, press cereal mixture firmly into 9×13 pan.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into 24 two-inch squares.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
